Registration fees apply only to participants who will deliver an online or in-person presentation.

Each participant may appear as an author on up to two submissions. For any additional presentation, 50% of the standard registration fee will be charged.

For multi-authored presentations, only the presenting author will receive a certificate of attendance, which will include the title of the abstract.

Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy
You may pay your conference fee online directly to the account numbers provided above. Presentation fees are classified under two categories: students and academic participants.

The fee for national student participants is 5500 TL, and for international students 300 Euro / 300 USD.

The fee for national academic participants is 6000 TL, and for international academic participants 350 Euro / 350 USD.
For presentations that are not delivered, even if the payment has been completed, no certificate of attendance will be issued, and the abstract will not be included in the abstract book at the end of the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may appoint a substitute delegate at no additional cost. However, the original participant must notify the Organizing Committee in writing before May 1, 2026, including a cancellation request and the full details of the substitute delegate.
Note: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
